"SHEP" commissioned his old Navy SEAL team mate, "Pete the Pirate" to design the logo for he & his crew of two Russian Cosmonauts. Bill is pictured here as he was orbiting Earth aboard the International Space Station "ALPHA". Bill was the first Commander of the NASA Space project.
